Reservation and Purchase
To purchase products from our online store, customers must access the dedicated Catalog section. Each product includes a photo, description, and price, which may vary depending on the delivery country.
Customers can select and reserve products by specifying quantity and any applicable variants, adding them to the virtual shopping cart. Items can be added, removed, or confirmed at any time before checkout.
To complete an order, customers may:
- Log in if already registered, using email and password;
- Register if new, providing all required information.
Orders are considered finalized only when Garmont International Srl ("Garmont") confirms them via email. Garmont reserves the right to refuse any order if the information provided is incorrect or misleading (e.g., invalid payment or billing details, incorrect shipping address), or if product information on the website contains errors (e.g., price, availability, or description).
Catalog information is accurate to the best of our knowledge, but all images, descriptions, and illustrations are indicative. Product colors may vary depending on monitor settings.
Product Availability and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€), including VAT, excluding shipping costs. Shipping fees may vary depending on delivery method, order size, weight, volume, and destination. These fees are displayed during checkout and on the Order Confirmation.
All products are in stock unless otherwise indicated during checkout. In case of delivery delays or temporary unavailability, customers will be promptly informed via email.
Garmont ships to all countries listed during registration. Customs restrictions may occasionally prevent delivery; in such cases, the customer will be notified and refunded.

Customers can pay using the following methods:
- Credit cards accepted via the NEXI (XPay Pro) gateway
- Shopify Payments
- Paypal
- Satispay
Delivery and Shipping Costs
All confirmed orders will be shipped via Express Courier (domestic and international) to the address provided by the customer.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed during checkout. A contribution towards shipping costs may be required; this will be highlighted during the checkout process and on the “Order Confirmation” form, depending on the destination country of the order. As a guide, shipping costs vary according to weight and volume.
Garmont reserves the right to apply preferential shipping terms or to cancel them, for both Italy and overseas, by giving prior notice of the terms of the offer on the website.
Products will only be shipped once payment for the order has been duly recorded and confirmed by Garmont.
Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: 3–4 business days from shipment
- European Union: 5–6 business days
- Outside EU: 7–8 business days
Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday. Any changes will be communicated promptly via email.
Import Taxes and Customs Duties
Products sold within Italy or the EU are not subject to import taxes or customs duties.
For deliveries outside the EU, products may incur import taxes and/or customs duties depending on product type and destination country.
It is not possible to predict in advance whether any costs will be incurred for the customs clearance of the goods, or what those costs might be.
In all cases, any costs relating to import taxes and/or customs duties will be borne by the Customer

Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing a reason (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Withdrawal must be communicated via email to info@naglev.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and with prior agreement with Garmont. Returns must be insured and shipped to:

No cash-on-delivery returns will be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of returned items. Products returned damaged or used due to customer fault will not be refunded. If the return is due to a Garmont error, shipping costs will be covered by Garmont.
Applicable Law
All contracts are governed by Italian law. Orders, including international orders, are exclusively regulated by Italian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Treviso, Italy.
Warranties
If the customer has received the wrong (different from the one shown in the online shop) or a damaged item, it must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. Defective products may be claimed within 2 years from the order date.
Garmont guarantees the consumer against defects and non-conformity for 2 years from the purchase date. During this period, Garmont may repair or replace defective products or components at no cost. If the original product is unavailable, it may be replaced with a product of equivalent or superior quality.
The warranty is valid only if the non-conforming product is returned with proof of purchase. Garmont reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if documentation is missing or incomplete. To contact customer services, please send an email to info@naglev.com.
